What we talk about
You’re making decisions that matter — without anyone to think them through with.
Your team need you certain. Your board need you confident. Your family need you fine.
I’ve built, scaled and sold a legal services business, and been through the version where it falls apart — the personal guarantees, the sleepless nights, the ground going from under me. I’ve changed profession more than once.
The business
Strategy, hiring, pricing, positioning, operations, technology — the practical work leaders wrestle with daily. I’ve built it and scaled it, so this isn’t theoretical.
The decisions you can’t take back
Raise or sell. Stay or go. Push on or stop. The conversations you can’t have with your team, your board, or the person you’re deciding about.
The career, and who you’re becoming
AI is redrawing your profession, or you’ve outgrown the role that used to fit, or you’re staring at a change you didn’t choose. This is the territory I research — and the conversation almost nobody offers.
How you actually work
A lot of high performers are wired differently — it’s often why they built something of their own rather than fitting into someone else’s structure. I bring lived understanding and research on how neurodivergent professionals experience work and change.
Alice has a way of cutting through noise and getting straight to what matters. She helped me put the right systems and structures in place and create a clear roadmap for growth. And that’s only part of it — she is genuinely someone you can call on for the everyday challenges of running a business, whether that’s working through a decision, sense-checking an idea, or just having someone in your corner who gets it.
She is sharp, strategic, and has a clear track record of building businesses herself, but beyond that she brings a level of empathy and personal investment I wasn’t expecting. She doesn’t just tell you what to do. She understands where you are, meets you there, and guides you forward.
Saimah Malik — Director, Herrera Law
We’re building our UK legal and compliance function from the ground up, and I needed a clear way to think about how to resource it as the business grows. Alice was the sounding board I needed: she got to grips with our situation quickly, helped me work out what to build in-house, what to bring in and in what order, and turned it into a plan I could act on. Practical, direct and on our side.
Sharon Evans — Chief Legal Officer, WTS UK
Running a business can be lonely. Alice is the person I didn’t know I needed — someone who’s been there, who gets it, and who I can think out loud with about the stuff you can’t talk to anyone else about.

What advisory support means here
Independent, confidential conversations about your actual situation.
Someone in your corner who has built businesses, made the hard calls and studied what change does to people.
No pretence that I have all the answers.
Not therapy, and not a substitute for regulated legal, financial or medical advice. If that’s what you need, I’ll say so.
What you will get
I’ll challenge you, I’ll tell you what I see, and I’ll bring perspectives you hadn’t considered.
The thinking is ours and the decisions are yours.
Who in the world am I?
